We are NICEIC and Part P registered to 17th edition wiring regulations (BS7671) which means all electrical works carried out comply with industry standards. As a result of this we can notify the local authority building control in accordance with new laws.
We are also City & Guilds qualified and JIB and IET registered, regulated by Age Concern, Trading standards approved and CRB checked, enabling us to carry out work with private individuals, schools, offices, shops and local authorities, so rest assured; you are in safe hands.

We maintain properties of all sizes for Landlords. We offer a Call Out service, where we can be on site within the hour (subject to distance from Essex). We can also offer substantial discounted rates to landlords who have multiple properties.
